Manohar, formerly vice-president from Central Zone representing Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA), takes over from Sharad Pawar.
Srikkanth, a former opening batsman, takes over from ex-India skipper Dilip Vengsarkar, whose two-year term ended this month.
The new committee, which also includes former middle-order batsman and member of the 1983 World Cup winning team Yashpal Sharma, will officially take over from October 1 and one of their first tasks is to pick the Indian team for the Border-Gavaskar series against Australia.
N Srinivasan, treasurer of the BCCI on the earlier panel, was elected secretary of the BCCI and also vice chairman of the Indian Premier League, a newly created post.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka have appointed Nishantha Ranatunga - brother of Sri Lanka Cricket chairman Arjuna - the new team manager.
